Job Description

Minor Hotels is looking for Laundry Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise laundry staff for efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure seamless room preparation and changeovers.
Develop and implement effective laundry management systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall hotel operations.
Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve laundry services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing laundry services in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of laundry washing machines, dryers, and fabric softeners is required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest complaints and concerns.
A graduate degree is preferred.
