Atlys Launchpad Fellowship

is a full-time, in-office internship for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time job.

What You’ll Do

• Core Operations: Get trained on our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend ops that keep things running.
• Cross-Functional Rotations: Work across customer experience, product feedback, and process improvements. See how ops and product teams shape the user journey.
• Tooling & Automation: Use internal tools to track escalations, spot inefficiencies, and suggest automation to reduce manual work.
• Capstone Project: Solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team. Many past projects have been implemented.
  

By the end, you’ll know how fast-growing startups actually scale - and leave with hands-on execution experience that’s hard to beat.

What You’ll Learn

• Startup Immersion: Work inside a real product company solving real user problems
• Product Thinking: Understand how user pain points translate into product decisions
• Execution Rigor: Learn how to prioritize, move fast, and solve problems under pressure
• Communication & Reporting: Improve how you think, write, and present - clearly and effectively
