Key Responsibilities

Last-Mile Delivery Management
: Supervise and manage the daily activities of the last-mile delivery team, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet and exceed customer delivery expectations.
Hub Operations Oversight
: Direct all hub-related functions, including precise inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless logistics coordination from receiving to dispatch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner effectively with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to promptly resolve operational challenges and enhance overall business performance.
Process Improvement & Optimization
: Develop, implement, and monitor new processes and strategies aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction levels.
Compliance and Safety
: Guarantee strict adherence to all company policies, operational procedures, and relevant local and national regulatory requirements.
