Laser Operator (spycut software)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laser cutting machines (e.g., CO₂, fiber lasers) using SpyCut software for CNC programming and cutting.
• Import and prepare cutting files (DXF, DWG, etc.) in SpyCut for production.
• Optimize nesting layouts to maximize material usage and minimize waste.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
• Adjust machine parameters and cutting settings based on material type and thickness.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production output.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating laser cutting machines with SpyCut software.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and metal cutting processes.
• Familiarity with sheet metal materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,387.05 - ₹25,000.00 per month
