Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing desktops and laptops. Additionally, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, handle customer complaints, and provide timely service support. It will be your duty to maintain accurate service logs and reports, provide on-site technical support and solutions to clients, and coordinate with the team for inventory and spare parts management.
