Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, customer-friendly Laptop Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers in our showroom. The role involves explaining laptop features, helping customers choose the right model, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
  • Explain laptop models, specifications, features, and pricing clearly.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
  • Demonstrate products and assist customers during hands-on checks.
  • Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and showroom cleanliness.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Handle billing coordination and support customer queries post-purchase.
  • Provide information on EMI options, offers, and promotions.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Good product knowledge or interest in electronics/laptops
  • Ability to convince and close sales
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Pleasant and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
