Laptop /Desktop Hardware Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (including card-level repairs). Perform Windows OS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Set up and configure Outlook/email clients. Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc. Handle user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. Guide users through installation and troubleshooting steps for applications and peripherals. Conduct system imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and device redeployment. Provide walk-in and field support as needed. Support desktop/laptop environments including hardware, software, apps, printers, phones, and networks (Windows, UNIX, Linux). Focus on daily ticket operations for NDC LAB–related IT support. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in laptop hardware repair and diagnostics (including card-level). Strong understanding of Windows OS, software installation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
