Language Trainer ( English )

Job Title: English Language TrainerJob Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to improve students' proficiency in spoken and written English. The trainer should be comfortable working with learners of varying levels and backgrounds, and capable of customizing instruction to meet individual or group needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver English language training sessions tailored to learners’ levels and goals.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Prepare instructional materials, exercises, and activities.
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Provide regular feedback to learners and recommend areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Stay updated with best practices and new teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an English trainer or teacher.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and online platforms for teaching (if remote or hybrid).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching in both classroom and online environments.
• Familiarity with learner-centered teaching methods.
• Patience and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse learners.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
