Salary range – 10 Lakhs Per Annum
Location – Chennai
Experience – Minimum of 1+ years in SWEDISH LANGUAGE
Certification level – B2
Shift –Rotational Shift
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Swedish language (verbal & written English)Must hold an accredited Swedish language certification at the B2 level.
Solid problem solving and analytical thinking to handle both standard and escalated situations.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer support (chat-based preferred) within the telecom domain is preferable.
Experience in technical support for modems, routers, or IPTV services is added advantage.
