Landscape Architect

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in developing Landscape designing of all types of building using relevant Software.
• Assist to evaluate drawings, presentation, report received from all external consultants.
• Assist to conduct regular workshops, weekly/ fortnightly or monthly design coordination meeting
• to ensure that all parties are up to date and work done by different agencies is in coordination.
• Design documentation management at all stages ensuring correct drawings are received and
• documented on BIM and server system.
• Assist in coordinating external areas for preparation of Design development and Construction
• Documentation (GFC) Landscape Drawing packages.
• Provide support & clarifications to the execution teams from a design perspective as and when
• required. Supervise the execution of sales gallery.
• Making environmental & statutory approval drawings if required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification Bachelor of Architecture & Masters in Landscape Architecture
• Good communication skills are required.
• 5 years of experience in landscape design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch-up, MS Office and Photoshop.
