Position Overview

We are hiring a qualified and creative Landscape Architect / Consultant with a strong foundation in landscape architecture and urban design. The ideal candidate should hold a Postgraduate Degree in Architecture, be registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), and possess relevant experience in government and landscape projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
• Postgraduate Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) with specialization in Landscape Architecture (preferred)
• Council of Architecture (CoA) Registration is mandatory
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on landscape projects
• Mandatory: Experience in at least one similar government project within the past 3 years, with at least 1 year of involvement
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and landscape design software
• Strong understanding of native flora, sustainable landscaping, and urban public space design
• Familiarity with local bye-laws, urban design codes, and government tender procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review landscape masterplans, site development drawings, and planting schemes
• Prepare design proposals that emphasize sustainability, visual aesthetics, and environmental impact
• Coordinate with urban planners, architects, and civil engineers to ensure integrated project development
• Supervise landscape execution at site and ensure adherence to approved design
• Prepare landscape-related documentation for DPRs, tenders, and government approvals
• Provide expert inputs on public open spaces, parks, green buffers, and streetscape designs
