Job Description

Make & develop landscape & hardscape in every project Maintain landscape & hardscape in the project with the help of a team. Coordinate with every project manager to develop the landscape and hardscape according to the design given by the Architect. Coordinate with civil, electrical, MEP & all others to execute the work according to design. Maintain the top quality of the landscape & hardscape in every project. Work out the material requirements with the team and architect and purchase the material with the help of the purchasing department. Coordinate with the landscape & hardscape architect of each project to execute & implement it properly. Workout the best process for the maintenance & work execution of the landscape & hardscape Execute the design most efficiently with reasonable costing Make & maintain the project nursery to make the plants for the project Appoint & handle an existing team of garden & landscape persons in the company garden project Manage and maintain the farm to maximize production. Make the natural manner (khat) in every project with the on project Maintain the landscape & hardscape of the best quality to suit the hospitality business. Implement SOP for the execution of the work Create & define the organizational structure of every project for landscape maintenance. HOP & also set up the landscape process for our resort team. Train the existing & new people in the team to work most efficiently Set up the process for reporting daily activity from each site and ensure site work is executed properly.
