Land Head - Wind

Role Overview: As the Land Head for wind energy projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all land acquisition and management activities. Your role will involve coordinating with landowners, negotiating land leases, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing land-related issues throughout the project lifecycle. It will be your duty to identify and secure land for wind energy projects through negotiations with landowners and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing land lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining positive relationships with landowners, community members, and local authorities will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to align land acquisition with project timelines and goals. Identifying and mitigating risks related to land acquisition and management will also be a part of your responsibilities.
