Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify potential land acquisition opportunities through market research, government liaison, and networking.
Develop relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to negotiate deals and close transactions.
Conduct due diligence on properties to ensure they meet company standards for development purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute property purchases.

Job Requirements :

8-12 years of experience in real estate industry with a focus on land acquisition.
Strong understanding of government liaisoning processes for obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring lands from various sources (e.g., private sellers, auctions).
Knowledge of forest laws and regulations related to land use.
