Job Description

As a Land Acquisition professional in Kolkata, you will be responsible for various tasks related to land searching and acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting land searches related to Index I and Index II - Preparing reports of title from RS to LR - Drafting and preparing deeds - Generating title reports by examining deeds - Building and maintaining strong connections with BLRO offices and Registrars - Drafting and vetting legal documents - Competently drafting deed write-ups - Understanding the process of mutation and other related procedures - Proficiency in dealing with documents like Khatian, Parcha, etc. Your experience of 3-20 years will be valuable in executing these responsibilities effectively.,
