Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Ladle Man located in Durg. The Ladle Man will handle ladle operations, including preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of ladles used in metal casting. Daily tasks involve ensuring proper functioning and safety regulations during ladle usage, supervising pouring processes, and maintaining work area cleanliness. This individual will also collaborate with the production team for efficient workflow and adhere to all operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal casting, ladle preparation, and handling of hot materials
• Familiarity with safety protocols, maintenance of ladle equipment, and adherence to operational guidelines
• Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and stamina for handling on-site industrial tasks
• Certification or training related to ladle operations, foundry, or machine handling is a plus
