Lab Technician

As a Lab Technician in the Pathology department at Faridabad, Haryana, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing a list of Chemicals & Reports of Purchase Department after approval of H.O.D. - Attending to all O.P.D. & I.P.D. Patients - Conducting routine tests for all surgeries, including Lapchole, Holep, PCNL, BNI, ESWL, etc. - Typing all tests reports of OPD & IPD Patients and getting them signed by H.O.D. - Following strict biomedical waste management segregation protocols, such as Needle cutting & Waste checking - Maintaining the test report register of all O.P.D. & I.P.D. Patients - Taking care of the equipment and coordinating with the biomedical team for maintenance - Giving priority to emergency cases and coordinating with consultants / respective departments - Ensuring appropriate departmental documentation is maintained - Handling all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational matters confidentially - Participating in Quality Assurance / Quality control activities - Performing any other assigned tasks as required due to work exigencies - Engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives Please note that the dress code, duty hours, and any additional details about the company were not specified in the provided job description.
