Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, ensuring proper sample handling, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Candidates must be flexible with working hours, have a valid bike and driving license, and possess strong communication and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients.
• Label and handle specimens with accuracy and care.
• Transport samples to the laboratory as per protocol.
• Follow SOPs and quality control procedures at all times.
• Interact professionally and empathetically with patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Assist in basic lab functions as needed.
• Work in coordination with lab staff and field collection teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 education with a Phlebotomy certification or DMLT preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy or sample collection experience.
• Valid two-wheeler license and access to a bike (mandatory).
• Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English communication.
• Good interpersonal skills with a patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for sample collection if required.

Salary: Depends on the candidate and work attitiude
