Lab Support Engineer

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning and configuring products, conducting demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates in alignment with customer budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design. - Plan activities of configuration, configure products as per design, and conduct conference room pilots. - Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates. - Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives. Qualification Required: - Ability to develop value creating strategies and models for client innovation and growth. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems. - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends. - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - Understanding of financial processes for projects and pricing models. - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions. - Knowledge in one or two industry domains. - Client interfacing skills and project/team management experience.
