Lab Research Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation trials for new food & beverage products (bakery, dairy, snacks, and beverages).
• Conduct lab-scale experiments under the supervision of senior researchers.
• Support in sensory evaluation studies (taste, aroma, texture analysis).
• Perform basic lab tests (moisture, pH, viscosity, shelf-life indicators, etc.).
• Assist in sample preparation, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Support ongoing quality control and food safety checks.
• Stay updated on emerging food trends, health ingredients, and market innovations.
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
• Strong interest in FMCG / Food & Beverage R&D.
• Basic knowledge of food testing methods and analytical tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow lab protocols.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
