We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Coordinator to manage the coordination between our software team, lab heads, and lab assistants. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or coordination.

Roles and Responsibility

Act as a primary point of contact between the software team, lab heads, and lab assistants for technical concerns.
Regularly check network cables and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure all lab equipment is properly connected to the software.
Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking, coordinating with the software team for major concerns.
Maintain monthly reports on system performance, technical issues, and solutions provided.
Keep detailed records of equipment connections, technical issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and documentation.
