Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Manager located in Gurugram. The Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring quality control, managing laboratory equipment, and leading research and development activities. The role includes supervising laboratory staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency with Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Skills
• Research and Development (R&D) experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a laboratory setting is preferable
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Microbiology, or related field
