Testing and Inspection of Mechanical tests like tensile testing, Impact, Hardness test (Brinell, Rock well, Vickers), Microscope tests like grain size, Decarb, Inclusion testing and interpretation.
-Reviews customer specifications and develops manufacturing methods
-To maintain equipment logbook and keep the equipment in working order.
-Managing daily routine work of the labs.
-Support materials development, processes, and applications
-Deep knowledge of metallurgy in any of the following alloy systems, Al, Ti, Ni, Co, and Fe
-Any other duty assigned by lab in charge/HOD.
