Aga Khan School, Mundra (CBSE) is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support effective laboratory teaching and learning by maintaining lab facilities, assisting during practical sessions, and ensuring safety and compliance with school and CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers during Science / Computer laboratory practicals
Prepare materials, equipment, and solutions for experiments
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline
Ensure proper handling, storage, and upkeep of lab equipment
Maintain stock registers, inventories, and lab records
Follow safety protocols and support first-aid procedures when required
Report maintenance or replacement needs to concerned authorities

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Diploma / Graduate in Science or relevant field
Laboratory training or certification preferred

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience as a Lab Assistant
School laboratory experience preferred

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety norms
Organized, careful, and attentive to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
