KYC/ AML Specialist - CLM

Role Overview: As a KYC Senior Specialist at Citco Bank, your primary responsibility will be to process customers" documents and maintain them throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure operational risks are minimized, and clients receive seamless delivery across banking services. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the point of contact for CCOB team members globally - Provide daily support and guidance to Junior KYC\AML Officers to meet operational standards - Validate, verify, analyze, and process KYC documentation - Validate and process Tax forms and Questionnaires - Maintain electronic client records and hierarchies in line with KYC documentation and Tax forms - Ingest and index documents - Initiate specific workflows within the designated application upon receipt of requests - Conduct gap analysis on available documentation and CDD specific requirements - Perform tasks accurately within the given time frame/ deadline - Perform end-of-day control on own-data input and Junior KYC\AML Officers" data input for accuracy and completeness - Professionally respond to emails and telephone requests of internal stakeholders - Perform tasks conforming to policies, procedures, and guidelines - Submit timely reporting and escalate to the appropriate line manager Qualifications: - Bachelor or Masters degree in Legal or Business Administration - Minimum of 2 years experience in CDD, AML/CTF fields - Experience in fiduciary services, alternative asset servicing, and other financial services - Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 or higher (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Strong proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written English) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good planning and time management skills (multitasking daily) - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Pro-active in raising potential improvements on processes performed - ACAMS Certification and knowledge of FATCA and CRS are advantageous Additional Details (if present): Citco prioritizes the hiring of people from diverse backgrounds and welcomes applications from individuals with disabilities.
