Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Job Description: Good written & verbal communication Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizations values Basic understanding of Insurance & reinsurance Excellent analytical skills Basic excel knowledge such as using VLOOKUP and running pivots Good problem-solving skills Good presentation skills Should have change advocacy to improve existing processes and approach to drive solution. Key Responsibilities: Understand end-to-end insurance business Analyse and input data into systems / databases Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved) Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client Reconciliations of accounts Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements e.g. Productivity, Turn-around-time, Accuracy Timely maintenance of the various work trackers mention your Current CTC/Expected CTC / Notice Period And Current Location.
