Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes. Site Assessment: Conduct site surveys to determine suitable crane locations and access routes. Assess site conditions and potential hazards to ensure safe crane operations. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including cranes, personnel, and equipment. Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential logistical challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all logistics operations. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all crane and logistics related inquiries.
