Job Description

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for manufacturing roles, ensuring alignment with company needs. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and address talent gaps. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Develop a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels. Generate Monthly Recruitment Forecasts (MRF) and track hiring metrics using ATS. Oversee onboarding, including orientation and administrative tasks. Support HR activities such as background checks and record management. Build relationships with educational institutions and talent networks.
