Korean Language Trainer

Position Title: Korean Language Trainer Department: Language Training Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid with option for full-time or part-time from office) Reports to: Training Manager Job Type: Contract (with option for part-time/full-time)

About the Role

As a Korean Language Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging Korean language lessons, conducting assessments, tracking student progress, and contributing to curriculum development. You will collaborate closely with students to enhance their language proficiency and prepare them for Korean language certification exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Korean language lessons (beginner to advanced levels).
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, and curriculum content.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Mentor and guide students preparing for language certification exams.
• Maintain a supportive learning environment and encourage active participation.

Qualifications

• Level four or above in Korean Language Proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent).
• Experience in Korean language teaching and lesson planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Korean Language, or related field.
• Certification in Korean language teaching is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in language instruction or similar roles preferred.

• Strong teaching, education, and literature knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Organized, creative, and student-focused teaching approach.

Work Options

• Willing to work part-time/full-time from Hyderabad.
• Flexibility to work from Bangalore (Koramangala/Whitefield) or JH2 if required.
