Kolkata-Style Biryani Cook

Position: Kolkata-Style Biryani & Mughlai Cook Key Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Kolkata-style Biryani with signature aroma and texture. Cook classic Mughlai dishes such as Chicken Chaap, Mutton Rezala, Chicken Korma, and other Bengali curries. Maintain consistency, hygiene, and portion control as per restaurant standards. Manage kitchen operations efficiently in both restaurant and cloud kitchen settings. Assist in menu innovation and standardization of recipes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Biryani or Mughlai Cook in a restaurant or cloud kitchen. Expertise in traditional Kolkata flavors, marination, and dum-style cooking. Basic knowledge of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and team coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle bulk catering orders. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
