Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, and community leaders in the cryptocurrency space. Develop and execute strategic campaigns in collaboration with KOLs to promote CoinEx's services and initiatives. Organize and oversee online and offline events, including webinars, AMAs and community meetups, to engage with the local audience. Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers within the Bangladeshi market. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or a related role within the cryptocurrency industry. Strong network within the India crypto community and familiarity with local influencers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in Indian and English is required.
