Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Karma Groups, your role involves overseeing influencer identification, onboarding, and campaign execution in the APAC, EU, and UK regions. Your primary aim is to expand Karma Groups" digital footprint through impactful collaborations with creators who resonate with the brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard influencers that align with Karma Groups" brand across various regions - Manage end-to-end coordination of campaigns, including briefing, content planning, timelines, and approvals - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality influencer content (posts, reels, stories, videos) consistent with the brand - Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign expenditures, deliverables, and performance metrics - Collaborate with brand and social media teams to synchronize influencer content with key brand initiatives - Monitor influencer performance metrics, contribute to post-campaign analysis, and generate reports - Negotiate partnerships with influencers within defined budgets and campaign objectives - Stay updated on influencer trends, social platform modifications, and regional creator movements - Utilize influencer marketing platforms and tools to enhance discovery, tracking, and outreach efforts - Cultivate enduring relationships with creators to foster brand loyalty Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting - Certification in influencer marketing or related fields - Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms - Demonstrated ability to oversee influencer campaigns across multiple markets and platforms - Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills - Data-driven approach with experience in tracking campaign KPIs and ROI - Competence in influencer management platforms and tools - Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently - Strong interest in travel, culture, and digital storytelling would be advantageous.,
