KOFAX/Tungsten Total Agility

As an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at the intermediate level, your role involves participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage an applications Development team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team - Recommend new work procedures to increase process efficiencies - Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired technical experience - Develop and apply comprehensive knowledge of how your area integrates within apps development and other technical areas - Ensure the quality of tasks provided by yourself and others on the team - Act as a backup to Applications Development Manager and serve as an advisor and coach to junior developers and analysts - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to learn new technical areas demanded by the project - Strong data analytics skills and understanding of CICD pipeline and components - Conduct independent code reviews using tools such as Jtest and Sonar - Exposure to Agile methodology, BDD, and all aspects of SDLC For Tungsten, the following skills are required: - Hands-on experience in integrating Tungsten TotalAgility with other applications on the input and output side - Programming experience in .Net, IIS, VB, and C# in a distributed Microsoft environment - Development experience in Document separation, Document classification, and Data extraction using KOFAX Total Agility - Hands-on experience in Tungsten TotalAgility product suits installation, upgrade activities, and troubleshooting - Certification in KTA is welcome - Creation of custom VB .Net / C# .Net based custom modules/services in Tungsten ecosystem - Development and Design Experience in .Net 3.5 / 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, VBA, WCF, Web Services - Understanding of relevant technical areas including Tungsten Total Agility, .NET, and Database/SQL - Skills in KOFAX Total Agility, .Net, and Database (Oracle / MS SQL) - Experience in Cloud development stack PaaS (OpenShift), Azure cloud & Docker is preferred **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry - Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role - Clear and concise written and verbal communication - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
