Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain Kofax RPA solutions to automate business processes.
Create and interpret Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) as needed.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Kofax Kapow.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for database interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
Monitor and analyze RPA bot performance; identify and implement improvements.
Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RPA capabilities.
Familiarity with other RPA technologies is a plus.
Develop test scenarios, test cases, and documentation for robot testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Familiarity with integration concepts
