This opportunity involves placement at hotel kitchens in the United States. This is not a remote position and not employment in India.

Position Summary

We are recruiting candidates for kitchen staff placements at 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels and resorts in the United States. Selected candidates will receive structured, hands-on training in professional hotel kitchens under a recognized hospitality training framework.

Roles may include Bartender, line cook, prep cook, garde manger, pastry assistant, or similar kitchen support positions, depending on experience and hotel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Support senior chefs and kitchen supervisors
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Learn U.S. hotel kitchen standards and procedures

Program Details

• Placement duration: up to 12 months
• Full-time, paid, on-site role with a U.S. host employer
• Pre-departure orientation and ongoing support provided
• Housing assistance may be available depending on the hotel

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be based in India at the time of application
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or kitchen operations
• Functional English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to the United States for the program duration
• Ability to manage initial personal expenses until first payroll
