Kitchen Ninja | Studio Test Kitchen Associate This is an On-site Job Job Type: Full-time Work Days: 6 days/week Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eligibility: Culinary institute background required (certificate/diploma/degree) Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years preferred Cuisine: Vegetarian + Non-Vegetarian (both required) Salary: ₹18,000–₹35,000/month (based on skill + experience) + performance incentives Role Overview We’re a growing food content studio and Test working on multiple recipe-focused digital brands (mostly International). We’re looking for a Kitchen Ninja who can confidently cook a variety of recipes and document the process clearly so recipes are consistent and repeatable This is an on-site studio role (not a restaurant service role). Precision, cleanliness, and reliability matter. Key Responsibilities * Cook and prep a wide variety of veg and non-veg recipes as per brief * Maintain hygiene standards, clean-as-you-go, and organized mise en place * Write clear method notes while cooking (timings, heat levels, cues, tips, substitutions) * Support basic plating/styling assistance and kitchen organization * Coordinate with the content team for smooth daily operations Must-Have Requirements * Culinary institute pass-out (freshers welcome) OR 1–2 years relevant experience * Comfortable handling both veg and non-veg ingredients * Strong basics: knife skills, timing, seasoning, and kitchen hygiene * Ability to write process notes in simple language * Punctual, calm under deadlines, open to feedback and repeat testing Nice-to-Have * Interest in food styling/plating * Experience in a production/test kitchen or restaurant kitchen * Familiarity with recipe standardization Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short skill assessment and brief interaction.
