Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Intern who is eager to learn and grow in a

professional bakery environment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or anyone

excited to explore the world of baking, gourmet desserts, and kitchen operations.

What You’ll Learn / Do

• Assist in daily production of cakes, cookies, brownies, and other bakery items

• Support prep work such as measuring, mixing, portioning, and packing

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow basic food-safety practices

• Observe and learn professional techniques, ingredient handling, and workflow systems

• Get hands-on experience with semi-premium and artisanal dessert production

• Understand basic inventory and storage processes

What We’re Looking For

• Someone based in or near Ashok Vihar for smooth commute

• A fresher or recent graduate (hospitality/culinary background is a plus but not required)

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions

• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured kitchen environment
