Job Description

Responsibilities:

a) Oversee day to day kitchen operations, maintain the desired stock level, order supplies.

b) To manage the kitchen team of 8 to 12 employees.

c) To ensure standardised recipes are followed for providing quality and consistent food at all times.

d) To ensure employee satisfaction inline with company standards.

e) To ensure food and workplace safety at all times.

f) To maintain proper kitchen hygiene, follow CLEAN AS YOU GO policy.

g) To prepare / cook food, as and when required.

h) To maintain the food cost, wastage level as expected by the organisation.

i) To perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the City Chef.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
