Job Description

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Kitchen Incharge to oversee kitchen operations and manage KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets) efficiently. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between the front-end service team and kitchen staff, maintain food quality, and monitor hygiene and timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff.
  • Manage and monitor all KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets) accurately.
  • Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders.
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth order flow.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and report requirements to management.
  • Maintain records of daily production and wastage.
  • Assist in training kitchen staff for consistent performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
