As a Kitchen Helper, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, assisting in the smooth running of daily operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient support to the chefs. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to a professional kitchen and develop foundational skills in the culinary industry.

Core Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans promptly during and after service.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Supporting chefs by gathering and organizing necessary tools and supplies.
• Ensuring storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
• Disposing of kitchen waste properly and assisting in recycling efforts.
• Assisting with unloading and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage practices.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of floors, counters, and all kitchen surfaces throughout shifts.
• Promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the kitchen supervisor.
• Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Preferred Bonus Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
