Job Description

As a Kitchen Helper at Giani Ice Cream Parlor, you will support the preparation and service of high-quality ice cream and desserts. Your role is essential in ensuring a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of ice cream bases, toppings, and other ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates. Assist in the assembly and presentation of desserts for service. Support ice cream servers during busy periods by preparing orders and restocking items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and take direction. Working Conditions: This position may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
