We are a vibrant multi-cuisine restaurant known for serving delicious, fresh, and innovative dishes. As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Roll Ustad who specializes in making a variety of rolls with consistency, speed, and great taste.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of rolls including kathi rolls, tandoori rolls, chicken/mutton/egg/veg rolls, fusion rolls, and other menu items.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure proper marination, stuffing preparation, and bread handling (rumali roti, paratha, tortilla, etc.)
• Manage cooking station, equipment, and ingredients efficiently.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards as per restaurant guidelines.
• Support kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Innovate new roll varieties and contribute to menu development.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roll Ustad / Roll Chef / Kathi Roll Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of various marinades, stuffing, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Excellent hygiene habits and a positive work attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
• Team player with good communication skills.
