Position - Kitchen Executive/ Jr Sous Chef (Indian)

Location- Vingurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Executive/Jr Sous Chef to join our team in a luxury hotel in Goa. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of cooks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes to exacting standards

- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation

- Lead a team of cooks and provide guidance and training as needed

- Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene and safety standards

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant

- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
