Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef located in Chennai. The Commi Chef will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations. The role includes preparing ingredients, cooking assigned dishes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals under the supervision of senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong Culinary Skills and an understanding of diverse cuisines
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards in kitchen environments
• Effective Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is beneficial
• Formal culinary training or diploma is a plus
