Job Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day kitchen cabinet manufacturing operations.
Read, interpret, and understand shopfloor drawings.
Prepare accurate cutting lists based on drawings.
Ensure quality checks during production and final assembly.
Manage labour, material, and workflow efficiently.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams.
Maintain production timelines and reduce wastage.
Monitor machine operations and safety standards on the shopfloor.
Requirements:6+ years of experience in modular kitchen/cabinet manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production processes, materials (MDF, Ply, Hettich, Hafele fittings, etc.).Ability to read technical drawings & BOQs.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and train workers.Knowledge of cutting list preparation & optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
