Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kids Minder at our location. The Kids Minder will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of children attending events. Responsibilities include organizing and managing activities, assisting in setting up and maintaining attractions such as bouncy castles and other play structures, and ensuring children remain engaged and actively participating in the provided entertainment. Additionally, the role involves monitoring children’s behavior, addressing their needs, and fostering a safe, welcoming environment for all attendees.

Qualifications

• Experience in child care, supervision, and creating engaging activities for children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents
• Teamwork and organizational skills for coordinating events and ensuring smooth operations
• Ability to manage safety and address emergencies calmly and effectively
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when working with children
• Previous experience in entertainment or event management is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable
