Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kids Minder located in LuLu Play ground at forest mall lugogo. The Kids Minder will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children, facilitating and organizing activities, ensuring children's safety, assisting with events, and maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. The role includes interacting with children of various ages and ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience. Qualifications Experience in supervising and engaging with children Organizational skills for planning and facilitating activities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a safe environment and ensure children’s well-being Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children First aid certification is a plus Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Previous experience in childcare or a related field is advantageous

Qualifications Experience in child care, supervision, and creating engaging activities for children Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents Teamwork and organizational skills for coordinating events and ensuring smooth operations Ability to manage safety and address emergencies calmly and effectively Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when working with children Previous experience in entertainment or event management is a plus CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable
