Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who loves working with young children, fosters creativity, and supports each child’s unique learning journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping a safe, stimulating, and loving classroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori and activity-based learning methods
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a warm, positive, and organized classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and share updates with parents
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff on school events and learning programs
• Communicate professionally with parents and address any concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Montessori training or certification is a strong plus
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu
• Warm, patient, and creative approach to teaching
• Basic tech familiarity (smart classrooms, activity screens, etc.) is a bonus

• Pay will be in the range of ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on individual performance, capability, and contribution to the growth of the school.
• One-month probation period with performance review before confirmation.
• Selection includes an in-person classroom demo to assess teaching style and child engagement.
