Job Description

Job Description: Busy Bee International Preschool is seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Kindergarten English Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters children’s love for the English language through storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and creative activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 2 to 6 years. Use phonics-based methods to build reading readiness and vocabulary. Incorporate storytelling, songs, games, and role-play to make learning enjoyable and effective. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence. Prepare learning materials, visual aids, and hands-on activities aligned with curriculum goals. Track and document each child’s progress and communicate regularly with parents. Collaborate with fellow teachers for events, celebrations, and thematic learning weeks. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching English in a preschool or kindergarten setting. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. Warm personality with a love for working with young children. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
