Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities

• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Observe, assess, and document student progress

• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff

• Maintain classroom discipline with warmth and positivity

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field

• Prior experience in a preschool or kindergarten (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, energetic, and child-centric approach

• Passion for early years education
